Family Employment and Governance

To ensure that family ties do not compromise corporate excellence, the Gcingca Royal Family Constitution enforces professional standards and strict organizational structures:

- Higher Standards for Kin: Family members are held to significantly higher standards than non-family employees within our enterprises.
- Employment Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for permanent employment within the family business, family members must have at least three years of outside work experience. They must also provide at least two positive performance reviews from independent employers before seeking permanent placement.

The Four Pillars of Royal Governance

Board of Directors

This is the highest governing body of our business enterprises, responsible for strategic direction and financial oversight.
To ensure transparency and objective governance, the Board requires the participation of at least three independent outsiders.

Family Board

This board focuses primarily on educating family members about the business operations and our ancestral legacy.
It consists of up to 16 members representing different family branches.

Family Assembly

An annual gathering of all blood members and spouses.
The Assembly serves to promote family bonds and expand collective business knowledge.

Conflict Resolution Committee

A specialized group tasked with preventing and resolving internal family disputes.
This committee works proactively to protect business unity and our public reputation.

Ownership and Shareholder Rights

Our corporate framework ensures that wealth is both protected for future generations and actively reinvested in our growth:

Restricted Controlling Ownership: Controlling ownership of shares in our enterprises is strictly restricted to direct descendants of Tribe King Jantjie Gcingca.
The Liquidity Fund: The constitution outlines a “Liquidity Fund” to assist shareholders wishing to sell shares back to the business. To maintain corporate stability, yearly share repurchases are strictly capped at 1% of total shares.
Dividends and Reinvestment: Shareholders can expect a market-sensitive dividend policy. Simultaneously, the business maintains a mandate to reinvest at least 30% of annual earnings back into operations.

Gcingca Royal Smart Trade and Logistics City (GRSTLC)

The proposed Smart City will function as a regional halfway trading, logistics and distribution hub, integrating rail, road and air transport with warehousing, agro-processing, manufacturing, wholesale markets, commercial services, creative industries, entertainment infrastructure, sport facilities, science and innovation parks, medical and health services, and export-oriented economic activities.

Its objective is not simply to construct a city, but to establish a productive economic ecosystem in which people, goods, capital, technology, knowledge, culture and services can move efficiently between rural production areas, regional markets, metropolitan centres and international destinations.
