Currently, we are the fourth, the fifth, sixth, and seventh generations of a lineage rooted in tribe King Jantjie—in the Bhele Kingdom and related Nations. - A Journey of Displacement: Forcefully removed from our ancestral lands in Somerset East (KwaNojoli) by colonial forces, our family sought refuge in Stutterheim (Emgwali).
- Establishing Roots: In 1865, we crossed the Kei River to settle in Tsomo, establishing the area now famously known as Gcingca Halt.
